Record of Protected Structures

 

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 55 of the Planning & Development Act, 2000 (as amended) that South Dublin County Council being the Planning Authority for the said County, proposes to delete the following two structures from the Record of Protected Structures in the Development Plan 2004-2010:

Particulars of the proposed deletions may be inspected at the Planning Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24 between the hours of 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 9:00am - 4:30pm on Friday, from Thursday 7th April 2005 to Friday 20th May 2005.

 

Written submissions/observations regarding the proposed deletions may be made up to 20th May 2005 and must be addressed to Paddy McNamara, Administrative Officer, Planning Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Tallaght, Dublin 24.  Submissions may also be e-mailed to pmcnamara@sdublincoco.ie.

 

All written submissions received by 4.30 pm on Friday 20th May 2005 will be taken into consideration before making the deletions.

 

Submissions cannot be accepted in any other format or to any other postal or e-mail address other than as set out above.

 

The proposed deletions were not recommended by the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government.
