Proposed Development
Notice under Part 8 of the Local
Government (Planning & Development)
Regulations 2001 / 2003

Pursuant to the requirements of the above, notice is hereby given of the proposal to construct the following:
(a) Development of an infill housing project on two sites at Kiltalown Park, Kiltalown,
Jobstown, Dublin 24.

To construct an infill housing development of 27 no. dwellings at Kiltalown Park on an open space facing Kiltalown Park, Kiltalown Road and 5 no. dwellings on an open space facing Kiltalown Green and Kiltalown Heights. The proposal comprises:
(a) 7 no. three bedroom two storey dwellings; 20 no. two bedroom apartments in 4 no.,
three storey blocks, each comprising 3 no. two bedroom apartments; 2 no., two storey blocks, each comprising 2 no. two bedroom apartments; and 1 no., two storey block, comprising 4 no. two bedroom apartments on an open space facing Kiltalown Park, Kiltalown Road and
(b) 5 no. single storey, two bedroom dwellings on an open space facing Kiltalown Green and
Kiltalown Heights. The works to include three new hard and soft landscaped areas in the existing open space, and all necessary associated ancillary works.

(b) Development of an infill housing project on lands at Lindisfarne, Clondalkin, Dublin 22.
To construct an infill housing development of 5 no. one-and-a-half storey three bedroom
dwellings on two sites at Lindisfarne, Clondalkin, Dublin 22 comprising
(a) 3 no. units on a site between Lindisfarne Lawns and Lindisfarne Grove and
(b) 2 no. units on a site between numbers 52 and 54 Lindisfarne Grove

The works to include new landscaped areas, and all necessary associated ancillary works.

Drawings of the proposed developments are on display at the Headquarters of South Dublin County Council, Civic Offices, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24 and Clondalkin Civic Offices, Civic Centre, Clondalkin, Dublin 22, during normal working hours until Tuesday 12th April, 2005 at 5.00 p.m. or below:
