Proposed Development

Notice Under Part 8 of the

Planning & Development Regulations 2001/2003

 

Pursuant to the requirements of the above, notice is hereby given of the proposal to construct the following:

 

Kilcarrig Phase III, Tallaght, Dublin 24

 

Development of a 73 unit infill social / affordable housing project at the lands between Kilcarrig Avenue, Kilcarrig Close, Drumcairn Avenue and the west and south boundaries of St. Anne’s National School, Tallaght, Dublin 24 comprising:

 

41 no. two storey three bed units, 2 no. two storey four bed units, 10 no. two and half storey own door apartment blocks (each containing one two bed apartment and one three bed duplex apartment) one three storey block containing 6 no. two bed units, 2 no. single storey two bed units, 2 no. one and half three bed units. The works to include three new landscaped areas, new boundary treatment to St. Anne’s School and all necessary associated ancillary works on a site at the lands between Kilcarrig Avenue, Kilcarrig Close, Drumcairn Avenue and the west and south boundaries of St. Anne’s National School, Tallaght, Dublin 24.

Plans and drawings of the proposed development are on display at the headquarters of South Dublin County Council, Civic Offices, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24, during normal working hours until Monday 20th December, 2004.

 

Submissions or observations with respect to this matter dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area in which the development would be situated may be made in writing to:
