AFFORDABLE HOUSING
Are you having difficulty purchasing a property?
Do you feel that you are priced out of the housing market?
If your answer is YES to both questions above you should give consideration to South Dublin County Council’s Affordable Housing Scheme.
How do I qualify?
In general the qualifying criteria are as follows
Qualification Criteria:
· Applicants must be First Time Buyers
· Applicants must use South Dublin County Council's Affordable Housing Loan Scheme to purchase a property.
· Applicant's gross income must be under €36,800 in the previous tax year. (Single applicants)
· Applicants must be currently employed for a minimum of 6 months or self-employed for at least a year.
