Notice is hereby given that the Members of South Dublin County Council, having
considered the Draft South Dublin Development Plan and the Manager’s Report
thereon in accordance with Section 12 of the Planning & Development Act
2000 (as amended), have resolved that the Draft Plan be amended.
The
proposed amendments constitute a material alteration of the Draft Development
Plan. A copy of the proposed
amendments to the Draft Plan may be inspected at the locations listed below
during the period from Tuesday 24th August 2004 to Monday 20th
September 2004.
Written
submissions or observations with respect to the proposed amendments to the
Draft Plan may be made to the Planning Authority within the period from Tuesday
24th August 2004 to 5.00 p.m. on Monday 20th September
2004. All submissions or
observations should be marked for the attention of Senior Planner, Development
Plan Unit, Planning Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall,
Tallaght, Dublin 24. Submissions
or observations may also be made by e-mail during the same period to the
following address devplan@sdublincoco.ie
and should state the name of the person making the submission, and where
relevant, the body/organisation represented.

Note:
Only written submissions or observations on the proposed amendments
received by 5.00 p.m. on Monday 20th September 2004 and addressed as
set out above will be considered before the making of any amendment.
Submissions cannot be accepted in any other format or to any other
postal address or e-mail address other than as set out above.
