Increase in Income Limits for Affordable Housing Applicants.

South Dublin County Council Affordable Housing Scheme

South Dublin County Council wish to invite applications under its current Affordable Housing Scheme from applicants who in general meet the qualification criteria listed below.

Qualification Criteria:

· Applicants must be First Time Buyers
· Applicants must use South Dublin County Council's Affordable Housing Loan Scheme to purchase a property.
· Applicant's gross income must be under €36,800 in the previous tax year.
· Applicants must be currently employed for a minimum of 6 months or self-employed for at least a year.
