South Dublin County Council invite applications under it's current Affordable Housing Scheme.

Qualification Criteria:

· Applicants must be First Time Buyers
· Applicants must use South Dublin County Council's Affordable Housing Loan Scheme to purchase an apartment.
· Applicant's gross income must be under €32,000 in the previous tax year.
· Applicants must be currently employed for a minimum of 6 months or self-employed for at least a year.
