CONTROL OF PARKING BYE-LAWS (LUCAN) 2004
South Dublin County Council proposes to make bye-laws under Section 36 of the Road Traffic Act, 1994 for the control and regulation of the parking of vehicles in Lucan. These bye-laws supersede the Control of Parking Bye-Laws (Lucan) 2003. Draft Bye-Laws have been prepared and are available for inspection from Thursday 22nd July to Monday 23rd August excluding Bank Holiday Monday, 2nd August 2004, at the venues and times indicated hereunder.
(a) South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24 from 9.00 a.m. to 12.45 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. (Monday – Thursday) and from 9.00 a.m. to 12.45p.m. and 2.p.m. to 4.30 p.m. each Friday.
(b) Parking Shop, Village Centre, Lucan Road, Lucan, from 9.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
A copy of the draft Bye-Laws may be purchased on payment of €1. At County Hall, Tallaght.
