Grange Castle Parkway Quality Bus Corridor

(Outer Ring Road-Phase 1)

(Kingswood to Adamstown)

 

Pursuant to the requirements of the above, notice is hereby given of the intention to implement a Quality Bus Corridor as described below:

 

·         The provision of approximately 2.8 Km of northbound bus lanes and 2.8 Km of southbound bus lanes, together with bus stops at appropriate locations,  by the conversion of the hard shoulders and the narrowing of traffic lanes and the central reservation on the Grange Castle Parkway, which is currently under construction.

Plans and particulars of the proposed works are on display from Thursday 22nd July 2004 to Friday 20th August 2004 at the following locations and times:

 

1.       South Dublin County Council Offices, County Hall, Tallaght, Dublin 24 between the hours of 9:00am-5.00pm Monday to Thursday and between 9.00am-4.30pm on Friday.

2.       Civic Offices, Ninth Lock Road, Clondalkin, Dublin 22 between the hours of 10.00am-12.45pm and 2.00pm-4.00pm Monday to Friday.

3.       Lucan Library, Lucan Shopping Centre, Lucan, Co Dublin between the hours of 9.45am-8.00pm Monday to Thursday and 9.45am-4.30pm Friday and Saturday.

4.       Clondalkin Library, Monastery Road, Clondalkin, Dublin 22 between the hours of 9.45am-8.00pm Monday to Thursday and 9.45am-4.30pm Friday and Saturday.

 

Submissions or observations with respect to this matter dealing with the proper planning and development of the area in which the proposed works would be undertaken may be made in writing to the:

The latest date for the receipt of submissions or observations with regard to this matter is 4:30pm on Friday 3rd September 2004.
