South Dublin County Council invite applications under the Affordable Housing Scheme for the purchase of :

6 no. 1 bedroomed apartments at Montpelier Court, Kiltalown Way, Tallaght, Dublin 24 at a cost of €105,167.22 per apartment.

Qualification Criteria:

• Applicants must be First Time Buyers
• Applicants must use South Dublin County Council's Affordable Housing Loan Scheme to purchase an apartment.
• Applicant's gross income must be under €32,000 in the previous tax year.
• Applicants must be currently employed for a minimum of 6 months or self-employed for at least a year.
