Notice to Developers / Building Contractors

Provision of Affordable Housing

South Dublin County Council is seeking expressions of interest from Developers/ Building Contractors who have proven experience in this area, to provide Affordable Housing in its administrative area.

All proposals are subject to the agreement of the Council and the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government.

Interested parties should apply for details to the Housing Strategy Unit.  Replies in sealed envelopes should be returned to the undersigned not later than 5 p.m. on Thursday 20th May 2004.
