Public Notice of

 

Proposed Traffic Calming Measures in St. Johns, Greenpark, Clondalkin

 

Pursuant to the requirements of the above, notice is hereby given of the proposed provision by South Dublin County Council of the above scheme and a description of the proposed works follows:

 

The proposed works will consist of the following:

 

  1. The provision of seventeen (17) standard traffic calming ramps
  2. The provision of nineteen (19) standard cushion ramps
  3. Proposed road closure of Corkagh Lane
  4. The painting of speed limit signs (roundels) onto the road surface and
  5. Associated Road Signage

 

Plans and particulars of the proposed development will be available for inspection at:

 

(a)               South Dublin County Council Offices, County Hall, Tallaght, Dublin 24.

from 9.00am– 12.45pm and 2.00pm–5.00pm Monday to Thursday and from 9.00am-12.45pm and 2.00pm-4.30pm each Friday.

 

(b)               Clondalkin Library, Monastery Road, Clondalkin, Dublin 22.

From  9.45am- 20.00pm Monday to Thursday and from 9.45am – 16.30pm Friday and Saturday.

 

(c)        South Dublin County Council, Civic Offices, Clondalkin, Dublin 22.

From 9.00am– 12.45pm and 2.00pm–5.00pm Monday to Thursday and from 9.00am-12.45pm and 2.00pm-4.30pm each Friday.

 

From Thursday 2nd October 2003 to Tuesday 4th November 2003

Written submissions or observations with respect to the proposed development dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area in which the development would be situated may be made in writing before 5.00pm on Tuesday 18th November 2003 to The Senior Executive Officer,Roads and Traffic Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre Tallaght, Dublin 24.
