PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT

NOTICE UNDER PART 8 OF THE PLANNING &

DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS 2001/2003

In accordance with the requirements of the above, notice is hereby given that

South Dublin County Council proposes to construct a Traveller Group Housing

Scheme comprising 10 no. 4 bedroom houses and all necessary associated

ancillary works on a site at Fortunestown, Tallaght


Plans and drawings of the proposed development are on display at the

headquarters of South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre,

Tallaght, Dublin 24 and Clondalkin Civic Offices, Civic Centre, Clondalkin,

Dublin 22, during normal working hours ( Monday to Thursday 9.00am –

12.45pm and 2.00pm to 5.00pm, Friday 9.00am to 12.45pm and 2.00pm to

4.30pm) until Wednesday 24th September 2003 and on as images here.

proper planning and sustainable development of the area in which the
