Public Notification Procedure under Part 8 of the Planning and Development
Regulations, 2001/2003
Pursuant to the requirements of the above, notice is hereby given of the proposal
to construct an Affordable Housing Development consisting of 1 No. 4 Storey
Block with 30 No. 2 Bedroom Units and 3 No. 3 Bedroom Units (33 in total -
the building height is 13.025m and the total floor area is 2614m2) along with
18 No. Car Parking Spaces, a Bin Store, Landscaping and Boundary Treatments.
Drawings of the proposed development will be on display at the headquarters of South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24 and The Civic Centre, Clondalkin, Dublin 22 during normal office hours up to and including Thursday, 18th September, 2003.
Submissions or observations with respect to this matter dealing with the proper planning and development of the area in which the development would be situated may be made in writing to:
