Tenderers are required to submit the following information if successful.
1. Ability to supply a current Tax Clearance Certificate, valid C2 Certificate or a statement from Irish revenue Commissioners that a contract could be awarded on tax grounds.
2. Evidence of the membership of the Construction Industry Federation Pension Fund Sick Pay Scheme and letter of compliance.
3. Compliance with the Health Safety and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 1995 (S.I. 138 of 1995) will be a requirement of the contract.
4. South Dublin County Council is subject to the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act, 1997. Applicants should state reason, if any, as to why any information they submit will be confidential or commercially sensitive under the Freedom of Information Act 1997, which came into force on the 21st October 1998.
