South Dublin County Council hereby gives notice that it proposes to make Bye-Laws for and in relation to the Storage, Presentation & Collection of Waste in the South Dublin area.

A copy of the Draft Bye-Laws will be available for inspection free of charge at the offices of Environmental Services Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24 during normal office hours (i.e. Monday to Thursday 9am – 5pm and Friday 9am – 4.30pm, closed on Saturdays and Sundays) for the period 27/02/2003 to 31/03/2003 (both dates inclusive). Copies of the Draft Bye-Laws will also be made available for inspection by interested persons during the said period at all the Libraries of South Dublin County Council.

A copy of the Draft Bye-Laws will be given to any person free of charge.

South Dublin Couth Council will consider any submission in writing in relation to the Draft Bye-Laws which is submitted to the Senior Executive Officer, Environmental Services Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24 not later than 4pm on Friday 11th April 2003.
