Property path opens at County Hall Tallaght

On Friday the 7^Th October 2005, Mayor Therese Ridge South Dublin County Council in the presence of the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government, Dick Roche, T.D. will officially open “The Property Path” the new affordable housing sales office in County Hall, Tallaght, Dublin 24. This contemporary new Sales Office creates a modern, welcoming and helpful environment to people buying their first home and is a new innovation of the Housing Department, South Dublin County Council.

“The Property Path” sales office will offer sales of;

(a) Affordable Housing

(b) Shared Ownership purchases

( c) Tenant Purchase Houses.

An example of affordable housing made available to date is as follows;

·        At Westend Gate, Tallaght, 1 and 2 bed apartments with prices ranging from €113,100 to €180,500

·        At Rath Gael, Deansrath, Clondalkin, 1 and 2 bed apartments ranging from €128,300 to €170,300

·        At Esker Manor, Lucan, 2bed apartments ranging from

€156,300 to €165,300 and one 3 bed duplex at €188,300.

The opening ceremony will take place at 11.30 am on Friday 7^th October.
