On Friday the 7Th October 2005, Mayor Therese Ridge South Dublin County Council in the presence of the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government, Dick Roche, T.D. will officially open “The Property Path” the new affordable housing sales office in County Hall, Tallaght, Dublin 24. This contemporary new Sales Office creates a modern, welcoming and helpful environment to people buying their first home and is a new innovation of the Housing Department, South Dublin County Council.

 

 

“The Property Path” sales office will offer sales of;

 

(a) Affordable Housing

 

(b) Shared Ownership purchases

 

( c) Tenant Purchase Houses.

 

 

An example of affordable housing made available to date is as follows;

Ø     At Deerpark, Kiltipper, 1 and 2 bed apartments from €112,000 to €141,000
