NATIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE WEEK

South Dublin County Council is proud to be the first Customer Care Centre established by a Local Authority – Contact us online at www.sdublincoco.ie or email at cccounter@sdublincoco.ie.
This is an important Customer Service Initiative, that aims to improve our service to our many customers. Our Customer Care Centre has had 25,000 personal callers in its first year of operation and has dealt comprehensively with 80% of queries first hand.
We are providing you our customer with an opportunity to do business with us, to access our services online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
