“All Right All Write†Ballyroan Library Writers Circle.
Mayor, Jim Daly will launch “All Right All Write, an anthology of writings by the Ballyroan Library Writer’s Circle, on the 21st May at Ballyroan Library.
The Circle was formed on completion of a local creative writing course and has been meeting at Ballyroan Library, on Thursday mornings, since 1986. Members of the Circle have taken part in radio programmes, written and recorded a play, and the majority of members have had their works published.
South Dublin County Libraries published a collection of writings entitled “Words Wisdom Wit†in 2002. Following this publications new members joined and the group currently has fourteen members.
This new publication contains a wide variety of writing from the contributors ranging from poetry to personal reminiscences and historical features.
South Dublin County Libraries is delighted to be involved in the publication of this collection of writings. We congratulate the writers and look forward to the continued success of the group.
