The Mayor Dermot Looney said “Tidy Towns is about so much more than just being tidy. Local people working together can create a vision for their place which results in a vibrant, active and sustainable community. I have seen the difference that Tidy Towns groups have made to their locality in this County. I would encourage people to attend this meeting on Wednesday 19th in the Green Isle, meet people, listen to the conversations and make up your mind on Tidy Towns.”
