 Pursuant to the requirements of the above, Notice is hereby given of the proposal to construct the following schemes by South Dublin County Council:

 

Infill Social Housing Developments at 2 Locations

 

  1. Development of a 28 unit infill housing project on undeveloped lands located in the South Eastern corner of the MacUilliam Estate, Fortunestown Lane, Tallaght, Dublin 24

 

15 no. 3 bedroom/4 person units

8 no. 3 bedroom/5 person units

5 no. 3 bedroom/5 person units

 

The proposal consists of:

A  terraced street with 15 no. two-storey 4 person three bedroom units, 8 no. two-storey 5 person three bedroom units, 5 no. two-storey three bedroom adaptable units.  The works to include ancillary works to the adjacent open space, landscaping and all necessary associated ancillary works on the site and adjacent areas at the South Eastern corner of MacUilliam Estate.

 

  1. Development of a 18 unit infill housing project on the undeveloped lands located to the East of the entrance road access to Mayfield Park, Mayfield Park, Clondalkin, Dublin 22

 

10 no. 3 bedroom/4 person units

4 no. 3 bedroom/5 person units

4 no. three bedroom specially Adapted units

 

The proposal consists of:

Infill Housing with 10 no. two-storey 4 person threebedroom units, 4 no. two-storey 5 person three bedroom units,

4 no. two-storey three bedroom adaptable units. The works to include utility works, landscaping and all necessary associated ancillary works on the site and adjacent areas.

 

Plans and particulars of the proposed schemes will be available for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy from Thursday 19th December 2013 to Friday 7th February 2014 at the following locations:

 

  • South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Tallaght, Dublin 24

(between the hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Thursday

and 9.00am - 4.30pm on Friday).

 

  • South Dublin County Council, Civic Offices, Clondalkin, Dublin 22

(between the hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Thursday

and 9.00am - 4.30pm on Friday).

 

The plans and particulars can be viewed on South Dublin County Council’s website – http://www.sdcc.ie

 

Written submissions or observations with respect to the proposed development, dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area in which the developments would be situated, may be made in writing to arrive no later than 4.00pm on Friday 21st February 2014  to:
