SDCSP Sports Networking Event in the Louis Fitzgerald Hotel, Newlands Cross.

On Tuesday, October 15^th from 3-5pm, South Dublin County Sports Partnership (SDCSP) will be facilitating a Sports Networking Event in the Louis Fitzgerald Hotel, Newlands Cross.

At the event will be representatives of a wide variety of sports, facilities and health related organisations in South Dublin County including;

The agenda is as follows;

3.00 – 4.00 - presentations on topics of interest to schools/ sports clubs/facilities (approx 20 min per presentation)

i. Disability Awareness Training – presentation from the CARA Adapted Physical Activity centre on training offered to coaches, teachers and community leaders www.caraapacentre.ie

ii. Youth Mental Health – presentation from Jigsaw on signs for coaches/leaders to look out for and what support services Jigsaw can offer www.jigsaw.ie

iii. Energy Cost Savings – presentation from Future Fit on how facilities can save money on energy costs www.futurefit.ie

4.00 – 5.00 - Meet & Greet with sports organizations at their information stands.

This event is free of charge and should prove of great benefit to schools, community centres, community groups (youth, women, older aged, disability) and the general public in efforts to develop sport/ physical recreation in our community. We look forward to seeing you there and should you have any special access, communication or other needs can you please let us know. Free Refreshments also provided.
