ROADS ACT 1993, SECTION 73 (1)
Notice of intention by South Dublin County Council to consider the extinguishment of the Public Rights of Way at the following locations:
1. Over grassed strip at Bewley Grove and Mount Bellew Way,
Lucan, Co. Dublin. Map Ref: RE 5000.
2. Over sliver of land on Butterfield Court to the rear of
16 and 18 Butterfield Crescent, Rathfarnham, Dublin 14.
Map Ref: RE 5001.
The rights of way to be extinguished are indicated on a map which may be inspected at the Roads Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24 during office hours (9.00a.m. to 5.00p.m Monday to Thursday, 9.00am to 4.30p.m. Friday) from Thursday 24th January, 2013 to Friday 22nd February, 2013.
Any representations or objections regarding the proposed extinguishments must be made in writing to the Senior Executive Officer, Roads Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24, before 5.00p.m. on Monday 11th March, 2013 (being a date not less than two weeks after the end of the period for inspection).
It should be noted that persons making such representations or objections may make a request, in writing, to state their case at an oral hearing conducted by a person appointed by South Dublin County Council for that purpose.
