Public Consultation Procedure under Part 8 of the Local Government
(Planning & Development) Regulations 2001 - 2007
In accordance with the requirements of the above, notice is hereby given that South Dublin County Council proposes to construct the following:
Redevelopment of Existing Traveller Halting Site
at
Turnpike, Tallaght, Dublin 24
Redevelopment of an existing Halting Site to accommodate the three families, currently resident on the site, in group housing.
The proposal comprises the demolition of existing facilities on the site and the construction of:
- 2 no. 4 Bedroom / 8 Person dormer type dwellings
- 1 no. 2 Bedroom / 3 Person single storey dwelling
The works to include; Demolition of existing walls (internal to the site), demolition of existing service units, construction of dwelling units, infrastructure, hard and soft landscaping works, and all necessary associated ancillary works on the site.
Plans and drawings of the proposed development are on display at the headquarters of South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Tallaght, Dublin 24 and Civic Offices, Clondalkin, Dublin 22, during normal working hours until Tuesday 5th August 2008 and on the Council Website: http://www.sdcc.ie
Submissions or observations in respect of this matter dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area in which the development would be situated may be made in writing to:
