School Time-Related HGV Ban

SCHOOL TIME - RELATED HGV BAN

Notice is hereby given by South Dublin County Council of its intention to consider the introduction of a short term HGV ban during school arrival and departure times between 8.30 and 9.30 Monday to Friday and between 13.15 and15.15 Monday to Friday at the following locations:-

Old Lucan Road, between Adamstown Rd and Ballyowan Rd

and

The Old Hill Road, between Main St and Old Lucan Rd

The proposed, school time - related HGV ban to be introduced is indicated on a map below and which may also be inspected at the Roads

Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24 during office hours (9.00

a.m. to 12.45 p.m., Monday to Friday, 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Thursday and 2.00 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. Friday)

from Tuesday, 13th May, 2008 to Wednesday, 11th June, 2008.

Any comments or observations regarding the proposed HGV ban must be made in writing to the Senior

Executive Officer, Roads Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24,

before 4.30 p.m. on Wednesday, 11th June, 2008.
