Temporary Closure of a section of the M50 Southbound

N7 (Naas Bound) Off Ramp

Public Notice in the Irish Independent and Irish Times on Friday 25th April 2008 and Friday 2nd May 2008 refers to the advertisement for a temporary closure on a section of the M50 Southbound to N7 (Naas Bound) off ramp from Friday 16th May 2008 until Tuesday 3rd June 2008, in order to facilitate essential construction works for the new N7 outbound carriageway as part of the M50 upgrade works.

Due to rescheduling of work, the dates for this closure have been changed to Saturday 31st May 2008 to Monday 23rd June 2008

Alternative route is via M50 Southbound, M50 Ballymount Interchange-Embankment Road R838 Off Ramp, Embankment Road R838-Westbound, Embankment Road R838-M50 On RampNorth Bound, M50 Northbound, M50 Naas Road N7 Off Ramp-Westbound, Naas Road N7.

Diversion signs will be erected.

Local access will be maintained at all times.

Any person interested may lodge an objection with the Senior Executive Officer, Roads Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24 not later than 5.00 p.m. on Tuesday 20th May 2008.
