Jane Austen Sewing Kit: Creative Writing Workshop with Eileen Casey.

Join poet, writer and journalist Eileen Casey in this relaxed informal writing workshop which invites participants to explore the possibilities of bringing together the language of one art form and marrying it with another. Sewing lines of memory (romantic or otherwise) or drawing up a colourful character profile (a la Mrs. Bennett or Mr. Collins) will also help the writer introduce a note of humour, partly the reason Jane Austens work is so popular. Most of all, the intention is to renew each individual writers love affair with language itself.
