Pursuant to the requirements of the above notice is hereby given of the proposal to

Construct a Community Facility and Playground at

Parklands Road, Ballycragh, Dublin 24

The project is a single-storey building of 370 sq ms providing as follows

• Meeting / activity room (divisible in two)
• Smaller meeting room
• Office
• Coffee area
• External childrens playground
• 10 car-parking spaces

Drawings of the proposed construction will be on public display at the Headquarters of South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24 during normal working hours Monday to Friday or on the Councils website www.southdublin.ie in the period 4^th February 2008 to18^th March 2008.

Submissions or observations with respect to this matter dealing with the proper planning and development of the area in which the development would be situated may be made in writing to:
