Re: Completion of Stadium at Tallaght

On Friday 25th January 2008 the High Court, refused GAA Club Tomas Daibhis leave to appeal the Courts decision in relation to the stadium at Whitestown Way, Tallaght to the Supreme Court.  The Court in making its decision awarded the Council and Shamrock Rovers the legal costs incurred by both in defending the legal action initiated by the club.

The Council will now proceed to contact the Contractor in possession of the site to resume construction work and complete the contract as soon as possible.
