Clonburris SDZ Planning Scheme

South Dublin County Council, as the relevant Planning Authority, hereby gives notice pursuant to Section 169 (5) of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended) that following consideration of the Clonburris Proposed SDZ Planning Scheme, the County Council, at its meeting on the 9th January 2008, decided by resolution to make the proposed Planning Scheme, subject to 53 No. variations and modifications.

 

Consequent to the Councils decision, the Clonburris Proposed SDZ Planning Scheme comprises the Clonburris Proposed SDZ Planning Scheme August 2007 together with 53 No. variations and modifications.

 

A copy of the Clonburris Proposed SDZ Planning Scheme August 2007 and a separate Decision Document, detailing the 53 No. variations and modifications made to the proposed Planning Scheme will be available for inspection during the appeal period, at :

 

The Main Foyer, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Tallaght, Dublin 24, during the hours 9.00am-5.00pm, Monday-Thursday and 9.00am-4.30pm, Friday.

The Main Foyer, Civic Centre, Clondalkin, Dublin 22

during the hours 9.00 am to 1.00 pm and 2.00pm to 4.00pm Monday to Friday.

Lucan Library, Superquinn Shopping Centre, Newcastle Road, Lucan, Co. Dublin

during the hours 9.45am 8.00pm Monday to Thursday and 9.45am 4.30pm on Friday and Saturday.

And 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on the Clonburris website: www.clonburris.ie

 

Pursuant to Section 169 (6) of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended), any person who made a submission or observation in respect of the proposed Planning Scheme may, within 4 weeks of the date (9th January 2008) of the decision of the Planning Authority, appeal the decision of the Planning Authority to An Bord Pleanala, 64 Marlborough Street, Dublin1.

The final time/date for appeal is 5.30pm on 5thFebruary 2008.
