Public Notification Procedure

Under Part 8 of the Planning & Development Regulations 2001-2007

 

Pursuant to the requirements of the above regulations, notice is hereby given of the Council’s intention to proceed with:-

DEERPARK INFILL, TALLAGHT, DUBLIN 24

The construction of an infill housing development comprising 8 units on lands at Cushlawn Dale, Tallaght, Dublin 24.

STOCKING LANE, BALLYCULLEN, CO. DUBLIN

The construction of an integrated  housing development comprising 100 dwellings on approximately 5Ha (10.8 acres) of land, bounded by the M50 to the north,  Stocking Lane to the east, the new distributor / link road to the south and privately owned land to the west.

 

NEWCASTLE LYONS, NEWCASTLE, COUNTY DUBLIN

The construction of an integrated housing development comprising 10 no. group houses for members of the Travelling Community, 31 social / affordable housing units and a community centre at Newcastle Lyons, Newcastle, Co. Dublin.
