The Mayor Billy Gogarty emphasised the need to focus on a litter free County. In his speech he said Littering is unacceptable this year lets get serious with those who litter. Lets get behind the litter wardens and where we can, give them the evidence to continue to make life difficult for those who litter. He congratulated all those entered the competition.
