ROADS ACT 1993, SECTION 73 (1)

 

Notice of intention by South Dublin County Council to consider the extinguishment of the Public Right of Way at the following location:

1. Public Right of Way on land adjoining 58 & 60 Dunmore Park, Kingswood, Dublin 24. Map Ref; RE 0708

The right of way to be extinguished is indicated on a map which may be inspected at the Roads Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24 during office hours (9.00 a.m. to 12.45 p.m., Monday to Friday, 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m., Monday to Thursday and 2.00 p.m. to 4.30 p.m., Friday) from

Wednesday 15th August 2007 to Monday 17th September 2007. Any representations or objections regarding the proposed extinguishment must be made in writing to the Senior Executive Officer, Roads Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24, before 5.00 p.m. on Monday 1st October 2007, (being a date not less than two weeks after the end of the period for inspection).

It should be noted that persons making such representations or objections may make a request, in writing, to state their case at an oral hearing conducted by a person appointed by South Dublin County Council for that purpose.
