Display of proposed Development for Public Comment.
Pursuant to the requirements of the above, notice is hereby given of the following proposed scheme:-
Provision of access road and services to Council owned lands at Clutterland off the Lucan Newcastle Road (R120) adjacent to Grange Castle Business Park.
The proposed works comprise:-
- The construction of 740m of 9m wide road carriageway with 3m wide grass verge, pedestrian and cycleway access from the existing Lucan -Newcastle Road (R120).
- The proposed new pedestrian footpath will be 2m wide and will run parallel and adjacent to a 3m cycleway.
- The provision of surface water, foul water, watermain, E.S.B, gas, telecommunications, public lighting and security services to the Council owned lands.
- The provision of toucan (pedestrian and cycle) crossings along the road network.
- The provision of appropriate directional signage and markings.
Plans and particulars of the proposed development are available for inspection up to and including Tuesday the 21st August,2007 at :-
