Public Notice

Templeogue Village Public Car Park Scheme (Phase 2)

Pursuant to the requirements of the above, notice is hereby given of the proposal by South Dublin County Council to construct Phase 2 of the Templeogue Village Public Car Park Scheme. The works consist of the following:-

Description of Proposed Works

  •          37 car parking spaces in a newly constructed car park on the eastern side of Riverside Cottages opposite the existing public car park. Two of these spaces will be reserved for people with disability permits,
  •          Access and egress points will be from Riverside Cottages - height restriction barrier will be installed,
  •          New Boundary wall will be constructed along laneway in keeping with existing walling adjacent to public car park,
  •          Construction of (subject to agreement) pedestrian access way to Templeogue Road via private car park (marked A-B on plan AOM/TE/07/01),
  •          Construction of (subject to agreement) vehicular entrance from private car park into proposed car park (marked C on plan AOM/TE/07/01),
  •          Provision of associated public lighting.

Plans and particulars of the proposed development will be available for inspection at:

(a)    South Dublin County Council Offices, County Hall, Tallaght, between the hours of 9:00 am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00am - 4.30pm on Friday,

(b)   Ballyroan Library, Orchardstown Avenue, Rathfarnham, between the hours of 9.45am-8.00pm Monday to Thursday and 9.45am - 4.30pm Friday and Saturday.

From Wednesday 13th June 2007 until Friday 13th July 2007.

 

Written submissions or observations with respect to the proposed development, dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area in which the development would be situated, may be made in writing before 4:30 p.m. on Friday 27th July 2007 to: -
