Proposed Park and Ride Development in the Townland of Lucan Demesne,

Adjoining the Lucan / Leixlip Road, County Dublin

Additional Information

In accordance with Section 175(5)(b) of the Planning and Development Act 2000, South Dublin County Council gives notice that additional information in relation to the proposed development of a Park and Ride Development, which is currently the subject of an application for approval to An Bord Pleanala, under Section 175 of the Planning and Development Act 2000, has been submitted to An Bord Pleanala by South Dublin County Council.

 The additional information relates to the impact of the Proposed Park and Ride Development on the M4 Motorway / Celbridge Interchange / Leixlip Road and contains additional data relating to:

  •         the likely effects on the environment of the proposed development, and
  •        the likely consequences for proper planning and sustainable development in the area in which it is proposed to situate the said development of such development.

 

A copy of the additional information may be inspected at the following locations: -

 South Dublin County Council Offices, County Hall, Tallaght, Dublin 24 between the hours of 9.00 am - 5.00 pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00 am - 4.30 pm, Friday;

 Civic Offices, Ninth Lock Road, Clondalkin, Dublin 22 between the hours of 9.00 am 12.45 am and 2.00 pm - 4.00 pm, Monday to Friday;

 Lucan Library, Superquinn Shopping Centre, Newcastle Road, Lucan, County Dublin between the hours of 9.45 am - 8.00 pm, Monday to Thursday and 9.45 am - 4.30 pm Friday to Saturday;

 Clondalkin Library, Monastery Road, Clondalkin, Dublin 22 between the hours of 9.45 am 8.00 pm, Monday to Thursday and 9.45 am 4.30 pm, Friday and Saturday;

 From Wednesday, 16th of May until Friday, 15th of June 2007.

 

A copy of the additional information is available free of charge from County Hall, Tallaght and the Civic Offices, Clondalkin only.

 A copy of the additional information is also available on the South Dublin County Council Website www.sdublincoco.ie

 Submissions and observations in relation to the further information may be made in writing to An Bord Pleanla, 64 Marlborough Street, Dublin 1 before 5:30pm on Friday 15th of June 2007.
