Public Notice
Rowlagh Village Improvement Scheme
Pursuant to the requirements of the above, notice is hereby given of the proposal by South Dublin County Council to construct the Rowlagh Village Improvement Scheme.
The works consist of the following :
Description of Works
- 41 on road car-parking spaces;
- 36 car parking spaces off road in front of ras Rualach;
- 5 Speed ramps;
- New signal controlled crossing on the Neilstown Road;
- Raised paved area along frontage to shops on Collinstown Road;
- Provision of central island on Neilstown Road, broken in the vicinity of bus-stops;
- Shared footpath and cyclepath to the west of Neilstown Road in the vicinity of the proposed parking;
- Provision of over-run strip on roundabout;
- Provision of bollards in the vicinity of paved area on Collinstown Road;
- Provision of Titan kerbs around roundabout to prevent illegal parking.
Plans and particulars of the proposed development will be available for inspection at:
(a) South Dublin County Council Offices, County Hall, Tallaght, between the hours of 9:00 am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00am - 4.30pm on Friday,
(b) Civic Offices, Ninth Lock Road, Clondalkin, between the hours of 9.00am-12.45pm and 2.00pm - 4.00pm Monday to Friday,
(c) Clondalkin Library, Monastery Road, Clondalkin, between the hours of 9.45am-8.00pm Monday to Thursday and 9.45am - 4.30pm Friday and Saturday.
From Tuesday 3rd April 2007 until Friday 4th May 2007.
Written submissions or observations with respect to the proposed development, dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area in which the development would be situated, may be made in writing before 4.30 p.m. on Friday 18th May 2007 to: -
