Road Traffic (Periodic Special Speed Limit) Amendment Bye Law 2007

(RSL No. 1 of 2007) Lucan Schools

 

Notice is hereby given that South Dublin County Council in exercise of the powers vested in it by Section 9 of the Road Traffic Act, 2004 has adopted the Road Traffic (Periodic Special Speed Limit) Amendment Bye-Law 2007 (RSL No. 1 of 2007) Lucan Schools. The Bye-Law introduces a periodic special speed limit of 30kmph in the vicinity of a cluster of schools in the environs of Old Lucan Road and Chapel Hill, Lucan (namely Scoil Mhuire, St. Josephs, St. Andrews and St. Marys).

This Bye- Law will come into operation with effect from the 2nd April, 2007.
