SITE NOTICE

Proposed Development

Notice under Part 8 of the
Planning & Development Regulations 2001/2003

Pursuant to the requirements of the above, notice is hereby given of the proposal to construct the following:

Redevelopment of Traveller specific Accommodation,
Lock Road, Newcastle, Co. Dublin

Redevelopment of existing emergency facility to provide:
I no. residential single storey, 7 person, 4 bedroom dwelling and 5 bay residential caravan park to include 5 no. day-houses.
The works to include all necessary associated ancillary works on the site.

Plans and drawings of the proposed development are on display at the headquarters of South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24, and  at South Dublin County Council Civic Offices, Civic Centre, Clondalkin, Dublin 22 during normal working hours until Thursday 26thth April, 2007.


Submissions or observations with respect to this matter dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area in which the development would be situated may be made in writing to:

Tallaght,
Dublin 24
up to and including  Friday 11th May, 2007 at 5.00pm.

It should be noted that the Freedom of Information Act applies to all records held by South Dublin County Council. Please note that the opening hours of South Dublin County Council offices are: 

Monday to Thursday 9.00am  - 5.00pm and,
Friday, 9.00am  -  4.30pm
