Great news for first time buyers, Property Path at South Dublin County Council are delighted to announce the forthcoming launch of 191 affordable homes in South Dublin County.

A mix of 2 bed (from 176,500) and 3 bed (From 185,000) affordable homes are available across seven premium locations Kiltipper Gate, Tallaght, Marlfield, Tallaght, Deerpark, Tallaght, Blackthorn Hill, Rathcoole, Rosse Court, Lucan, Belfry, Tallaght and Rath Gael, Clondalkin.

All applicants will be first time buyers, with a gross income between 30,000 and 56,000 in the previous tax year, and be currently employed for a minimum of six months or self employed for at least two years. They must also be owner occupiers. Applicants who purchase one of these homes will apply for finance to a nominated financial institution.
