Proposed Redesign of Extension To Grange Castle Golf Course, Clondalkin, Dublin 22

Notice is hereby given that it is proposed to carry out some modifications to the previously approved layout of Grange Castle Golf Course. Proposals were approved in  2002 to extend the Golf Course  to a 27 Hole course and to construct  a new works depot.

 The details of proposed modifications are:-

 

·        A redesign of 8 holes of a revised layout and the provision of a practice area, with all associated maintenance access roadways, earthworks, drainage, irrigation and tree planting and boundary treatment.

 

·        Six new holes and a practice range located adjacent to Grange Castle Parkwayand two new holes located between Baldonnel Road and Baldonnel House, on the southern boundary of the existing golf course.

Plans and particulars of this proposed development are available for inspection from the 29th September 2006 until the 27th October 2006 as follows:
