Notice is hereby given that South Dublin County Council (hereinafter called “the Council”), in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 17 of the Derelict Sites Act 1990, as amended, has on the 20th day of September 2017 made a Vesting Order whereby the derelict site, described in the Schedule hereto, will on the 20th day of October 2017, vest in the Council in fee simple free from encumbrances and all estates, rights, titles and interests of whatsoever kind;
And further take notice that a copy of the Vesting Order and a map of the derelict site, described in the Schedule hereto, has been deposited at the offices of South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24 and the Civic Offices, Clondalkin, Dublin 22, and may be inspected there from 9am to 5pm on Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4.30pm on Friday.
Any person who, immediately before the making of the above Vesting Order, had any estate or interest in or right in respect of the derelict site acquired may apply to South Dublin County Council, no later than twelve (12) months after the making of the said Vesting Order, for compensation in respect of the estate, interest or right.
SCHEDULE
Derelict site, comprising of disused vacant house and gardens, measuring approximately 158 square metres, located at 25 Lealand Avenue, Clondalkin, Dublin 22, being registered on Folio DN 117147F of the Register of Ownership of Freehold Land, County Dublin, and delineated in red on Drawing No. DS 1813.
The official seal of South Dublin County Council was affixed to the Vesting Order on 20th day of September 2017.
