- Tourism and Events
- Arts , Libraries, Rua Red
- Leisure and Sports Services - swimming pools, leisure centres and sports programmes
- Children's Services: playgrounds, parks and play programmes
- Traffic- traffic control centre, parking control
- Drainage - clearing blocked drains and gully cleaning
- Community Initiatives – Leisure Centres , Community Supports, Tidy Towns
- Roads Maintenance - repairing potholes, gritting roads during frost and snow
- Waste management – litter management , illegal dumping
- Customer Services Centre – answering telephone calls and emails
- Local Democracy
