Draft Development Contribution Scheme Section 48 Planning & Development Act 2000
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 48 of the Planning and Development Acts 2000-2007 that South Dublin County Council has prepared a draft Development Contribution Scheme for the administrative area of South Dublin County Council, details are as follows:
| Description of Development | Amount of Contribution |
| Industrial/Commercial Development | €75.00 per square metre |
| Residential Development | €85.06 per square metre |
Copies of the draft Development Contribution Scheme are available for inspection from Wednesday 30thSeptember 2015 to Wednesday 11th November 2015 (inclusive) at the following locations:
South Dublin County Council, Main Foyer, County Hall, Tallaght - 9.00am-5.00pm Monday-Thursday & 9.00am - 4.30pm on Fridays
Main Foyer, Civic Centre, Clondalkin - 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday- Thursday and 9.00am-4.30pm on Fridays
Libraries at Tallaght, Ballyroan, Castletymon, Whitechurch, Clondalkin and Lucan, during normal opening hours for each library.
Only submissions received by 5.00pm on Wednesday 11th November 2015 and addressed as set out below will be considered. Submissions cannot be accepted in any other format or to any other postal address or email address.
Submissions must be clearly marked Draft Development Contribution Scheme Submission and either posted to: John Browne, Administrative Officer, Planning Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Tallaght, Dublin 24 or sent by email to: devcontscheme@sdublincoco.ie or on the Council’s website using our secure online form.
