BYE-LAWS, 2012
Section 15 of the Road Traffic Act, 2002
South Dublin County Council in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 15 of the Road Traffic Act, 2002 hereby gives notice of its intention to make the Lucan Appointed Stands (Street Service Vehicles) Bye-Laws 2012.
The Draft Lucan Appointed Stands (Street Service Vehicles) Bye-Laws 2012 are available free of charge and may be inspected from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00 am to 4.30 pm on Fridays from Monday, 14th May, 2012 to Friday, 15th June 2012 at the following locations:-
South Dublin County Council South Dublin County Council
County Hall Civic Offices
Tallaght Ninth Lock Road
Dublin 24 Clondalkin
Dublin 22
Lucan Library, 9.45 am to 8.00 pm
Superquinn Shopping Centre, Monday to Thursday
Newcastle Road , 9.45 am to 4.30 pm
Lucan, Friday and Saturday
Co. Dublin.
The Draft Bye-Laws can also be viewed on-line on South Dublin County Council’s website www.sdublincoco.ie/roads.
Representations in relation to the Draft Lucan Appointed Stands (Street Service Vehicles) Bye-Laws 2012 may be made in writing to Senior Executive Officer, Roads & Water Services, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Tallaght, Dublin 24 orby email to seoroads@sdublincoco.ie to arrive no later 4.30 pm on Friday, 6th July, 2012.
