Roads Act, 1993, Section 75

Temporary Closure of a section of Ballyboden Road (aka Edmondstown Road - R116)

In order to carry out essential repair works on water mains as part of the Boherboy Water Supply Scheme, South Dublin County Council proposes to temporarily close a section of Ballyboden Road (aka Edmondstown Road - R116) between its junction with Mount Venus Road and Scholarstown Road from Monday 16th April 2012 until Monday 30th April 2012, inclusive.

Alternative route via Scholarstown Road westbound, Stocking Lane (R115) southbound, Mount Venus Road eastbound and vice versa

Diversion signs will be erected.

Local access will be maintained at all times

Any person interested may lodge an objection with the Senior Executive Officer, Roads Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Tallaght, Dublin 24 not later than 5.00 p.m. on Tuesday 27th March 2012.
