Proposed Development
Public Consultation Procedure under Part 8 of the Local Government
(Planning & Development) Regulations 2001 - 2008
In accordance with the requirements of the above, notice is hereby given that South Dublin County Council proposes to construct the following:
Extension to Day-house at 6 Cherryfield Way, Firhouse Road, Dublin 16
Redevelopment of existing Bay 6 Cherryfield Way, comprising an extension to the existing Day-house to provide living and sleeping accommodation for the increased family size.
The works to include; Construction of a 2 storey and small single storey extension to the existing day-house, and all necessary associated ancillary works on the site.
The proposed additional accommodation includes; 5no bedrooms, bathroom and additional living space – total additional floor area 150 sq.m.
Plans and drawings of the proposed development are on display at the headquarters of South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Tallaght, Dublin 24 and Ballyroan Library, Orchardstown, Rathfarnham, Dublin 16,during normal working hours from 29th September 2010 to 11th November 2010 and on the Council Website: http://www.sdcc.ie
Submissions or observations in respect of this matter dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area in which the development would be situated may be made in writing to:
