                             EXTINGUISHMENT OF PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY

                                       ROADS ACT 1993, SECTION 73

                                        Between 8 – 10 Drumcairn Drive

Notice is hereby given that South Dublin County Council, pursuant to the power vested in it under Section 73 of the Roads Act 1993, at its meeting on 11th February 2019, has resolved that the public right of way at the following location be extinguished:-

Public right of way to between 8 – 10 Drumcairn Drive, Fettercairn, Tallaght, Dublin 24, shown shaded red on Drawing RE 5005.
