Operation Transformation 2019
South Dublin County Sports Partnership offers support to get involved
Operation Transformation (OT) will hit the TV screens again at the start of January and groups around the country will be looking to promote community fitness and wellbeing.
As in previous years South Dublin County Sports Partnership (SDCSP) is once again supporting groups to get involved.
They are offering:
FREE volunteer walk leader training (2.5 hrs),
FREE PR materials (banners/posters) and even
FREE equipment (weighing scales)
for those who wish to offer a weight loss measurement element to their programme.
On top of this South Dublin County Sports Partnership are looking to encourage and support sports clubs to be inventive and look at OT as an opportunity to develop closer community involvement. Can your club offer a free weekly session for new members or past members? Or maybe for the less active population groups in your community? If so perhaps South Dublin County Sports Partnership can help.
Organisations interesting to register in order to get involved should e-mail details to info@sdcsp.ie
