Statutory Declaration, Fire Safety Certificate & Commencement Notices over Christmas Period 2017

Due to Christmas closing hours please note the latest date for receipt of Seven Day Notice hard copy documentation (i.e. copy of Statutory Declaration and Fire Safety Certificate application) in South Dublin County Council is 12 pm on Friday 15th December 2017.

The office will re-open for the submission of the hard copy documentation for Seven Day Notices at 9am on Tuesday 2nd January 2018.

The last date for the submission of Commencement Notices through the online BCMS system is 11.59pm on Wednesday 20th December 2017. The system will be closed and will not accept new submissions until 12.01am on Monday 1st January 2018.

The latest date for receipt of Fire Certificate Applications/Regularisation Fire Certificate Applications/ Revised Fire Certificate Applications, Disability Access/Revised Disability Access Certificate applications by South Dublin County Council is 4pm on Wednesday 20th December, 2017.

All Fire Certificates, 7 Day Notices and Disability Access Certificates received after the last dates specified above will be considered to have been received on Tuesday 2nd January 2018.

Please note that Certificates of Compliance on Completion will not be added to the Register between 20th December 2017 and 2nd January 2018 and you should bear this in mind when submitting a Prior Notice of Completion.
